KARATE/TAE KWON DO & SELF DEFENCE- Kwon Bop Do Martial Arts:

See www.kwonbopdofederation & [Youtube] To save Confusion- This art of study consists of 70% upright skills (Tae Kwon Do / Karate / Kickboxing / Boxing & Weaponry) & 30% Ground skills (Ju Jitsu / MMA)

Develop: Hand techniques, all Kicking techniques, Passive and aggressive styles of realistic self defence, Weapons defence (age appropriate), drill work skill sets on the punching bags, focus mitts, shield work, fight science in the boxing ring and on the mats for starters.

LADIES ONLY SELF DEFENCE, KICKBOXING & FITNESS CLUB:

​Small group having fun, getting fit and meeting new friends.

  • The challenge of learning skills (speedball, pad work, floor to ceiling ball, Punching bags, Shields etc) in a unique, exciting and safe atmosphere is great for your health and confidence.
