Visit any boxing club or gym, and you’ll see athletes training in similar ways—but their goals can be very different. While boxing for fitness focuses on cardio and conditioning, traditional boxing training demands dedication to skill development and offers a uniquely challenging experience.
Boxing beyond fitness delivers a dynamic, full-body workout that blends intense movement with technical refinement. You’ll practice shadowboxing—alone, in front of a mirror, or with a partner—combined with heavy bag work, fast footwork, and precise punches.
Our trainers carefully monitor your technique during drills, providing personalized coaching to help you improve. Your training will also include speed bag, focus mitts, and double-end bag work, alongside sport-specific strength training and plyometric exercises to boost power and agility.
