This isn’t your average cardio class. At our studio, you’ll be coached in the correct delivery of technique—to generate maximum power with minimal effort.


You’ll learn a dynamic blend of International Kickboxing and Traditional/Modified Thai Boxing, complete with technical training, conditioning, and an optional Kickboxing ranking system if you want to level up.

Visit any kickboxing club or gym, and you’ll see athletes training in similar ways—but with very different goals. While kickboxing for fitness focuses primarily on cardiovascular conditioning and general health, traditional kickboxing demands dedication to skill development and offers a uniquely challenging workout.


Traditional kickboxing workouts combine intense movement with precise technique. You’ll practice shadowboxing—alone, in front of a mirror, or with a partner—alongside heavy bag work, fast-paced footwork, powerful punches, and dynamic kicks. Our experienced trainers closely monitor your form during drills, offering personalized feedback to refine your skills.


Beyond technique, your training will include speed bag, focus mitts, and double-end bag work, as well as sport-specific strength training and plyometrics to boost your power, agility, and endurance.


Whether your goal is fitness or mastering the art, our kickboxing program delivers a comprehensive, full-body workout that pushes you to move smarter, stronger, and faster.

Serious Sparring for the Driven Warrior

If you’re serious about kickboxing, sparring is where real growth happens. It’s not about wild punches or chaos — it’s about sharpening your skills, building confidence, and testing your limits under the watchful eye of expert trainers.
Sparring challenges you to move with speed, precision, and control. Sometimes you’ll focus on mastering a single technique, like perfecting your jab or refining footwork. Other times, you’ll step it up, matching intensity and power as if you’re stepping into a real fight.

Kickboxing:

Mondays & Wednesdays 7:30 - 8:30PM

Ring Science Sparring Sessions:
1st Tuesday of each month 7:00-8:00pm

Private Training Available

  • Mon, Tues & Wed Evenings from 5:00PM onwards

  • Saturdays 9:00 - 10:00am

BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE to save disappointment.

Other times can be arranged by appointment also.
