10-week Winter Warm - Boxing & Kickboxing Training Workshop

Be coached as well as trained - This training is all about you regardless of your fitness.

Commences: Monday, 29th April. Runs till Wednesday, 3rd July 2024.

Session Times: Mondays & Wednesdays from 7pm

Cost: $195 includes m'ship, tee, drink bottle & small group coaching.

The challenge of learning skills (speedball, pad work, floor to ceiling ball and boxing ring etc.) in a unique, exciting and safe atmosphere is great for your health and confidence.
