For our wonderful 50+ community, we’re excited to introduce two new “Strength for Life” classes designed to support everyday living, fitness, and overall wellbeing — for both mind and body.

💪 Short, effective exercises❤️ Builds strength & heart health😄 Plenty of variety, laughter & support

✔️ Beginner-friendly option — perfect if you’re returning to exercise or easing back after injury✔️ More challenging option — ideal for those wanting extra variety in their weekly fitness routine

📅 Thursdays | 9:30 – 10:30am📍 Running during school terms
