WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable clothes they can move around in with NO buttons or zippers. No jewelry or wristbands etc. to be worn. Please bring a drink bottle with water ONLY into. We train in bare feet.
Please arrive by 8:50am
Session will cover: Boxing, Martial arts, kicking, ground wrestling, basic self defence + hands on grabs scenarios, simple stranger danger tips & tricks, fitness & fun.
