Be coached as well as trained AND seen - This training is all about you regardless of your fitness.

The challenge of learning skills (speedball, pad work, floor to ceiling ball and boxing ring etc) in a unique, exciting, and safe atmosphere is great for your health and confidence.

Boxing for youth isn’t just a physical activity. This sport has many key benefits for young adults who are looking to develop physicality, become independent, and learn self-discipline. Whether your child wants to compete or simply learn a form of self-defence, boxing has this and more. Naming a few benefit… focuses on agility, speed, quickness, balance, and hand-eye coordination. Excellent, x-training and conditioning sport.

>Come along whenever you are ready.

>Please arrive 15mins before class to complete a health questionnaire form. Arriving late may mean doing your trial class next time.

>Wear comfy clothes to move around in (no buttons, zippers or jewellery), and we train in bare feet.

>Bring a drink bottle filled with water with you, and we will look after the rest.

>Under 18yrs, a parent/guardian will need to complete a health questionnaire form for you the first time you visit.
